Welcome to six6e.club ("six6e", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and six6e governing your access to and use of the six6e website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting products and all related features accessible at six6e.club.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing any wager on the six6e platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the six6e platform.

six6e operates under an international gaming license. • You must not be an employee, contractor, officer or director of six6e or any of its affiliated companies, software providers or payment processors, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

six6e reserves the right to perform identity and age verification at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) six6e account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. six6e staff will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable any two-factor or OTP authentication options offered by six6e.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify six6e support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

six6e accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All player balances on six6e are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay and USDT (Tether). six6e reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your six6e account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within one working day for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. six6e reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days.

Anti-Money Laundering: six6e operates strict AML and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with its licensing obligations. Any transaction that appears to involve proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities. six6e reserves the right to freeze and withhold funds pending investigation of any suspicious transaction without prior notice to the account holder.

six6e offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin casino games or specific bet types) may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms (collusion).
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions on a promotion.

six6e reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

Sports betting on six6e, including cricket, PSL, kabaddi and other markets, is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts per selection are displayed at the time of bet placement. six6e reserves the right to impose individual player limits based on betting patterns.
• Acceptance of Bets: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. A bet slip that has not been fully submitted does not constitute a placed bet.
• Errors in Odds: In the event that odds are published due to a technical or human error (palpable error), six6e reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds will have their accounts reviewed.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where a match is abandoned, postponed, or where the outcome cannot be officially verified. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as a stake refund.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be a short delay between the real-world event and the odds update. six6e reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• Results: Official results as published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, PSL official results) are used to settle bets. Six6e's decision on result settlement is final.

The six6e casino, including live casino tables, slots, crash games and instant titles, is powered by certified third-party game providers. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment captured via professional video streaming — no outcome simulation is used in live casino products.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game information panel within each title. These percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or software malfunction during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the interruption. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the stake will be refunded to the player's balance. six6e will not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6e platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to applicable authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the six6e platform or any game software.
• Money laundering: using the six6e platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that represent proceeds of criminal activity.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, including family members, for the purpose of circumventing player limits or identity verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP masking service to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to bypass security controls.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward six6e staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in pricing or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.

six6e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm to you or someone close to you, please seek help immediately.

Player Protection Tools: The following tools are available to all registered six6e players directly from the account dashboard:

• Session Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.

• Use the six6e name, logo or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of six6e intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

six6e's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6e does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. six6e will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.

By You: You may close your six6e account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after the deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

By six6e: six6e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• six6e is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction or court order.
• six6e has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of your account represents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, six6e may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to represent proceeds of fraud or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6e holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause limits six6e's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

six6e reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, six6e will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the six6e homepage, an in-platform notification, or an email to the address registered on your account.

The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the six6e platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
